Pupils enrolled on The Scholars Programme at Castle View School in Canvey Island, Essex, were featured recently in the Southend Echo and the Southend Standard with photos of their Graduation Event at Emmanuel College at the University of Cambridge. The years 7-10 pupils studied with PhD tutors Katie Danaher and Paulina Guerrero Gutierrez, on the topics of world hunger and myths and storytelling.
Mrs Caroline Ebden, teacher at Castle View School, said , “It was a fantastic day and the students all really enjoyed the experience. We are all really proud of our graduates, particularly those who achieved the highest possible grades in the programme.”
